The content of these on-demand mini-courses essentially provides "therapy-in-a-box" where you can access the content over a space of two weeks as and when, and as often as required. These can be accessed and used alone or in conjunction with regular local meet-ups in small groups or one-to-one. For those outside of my area, these consultations and sessions can be online.

An introduction to the basic principles of Ayurveda that will help you apply this knowledge to your daily life to maintain and improve wellbeing.

Rethinking Responses
To help you overcome various symptoms such as those of anxiety, stress, panic and trauma. You will learn techniques and practices to implement into your daily life.

A follow-on course to "Introduction to Ayurveda", this is for those wishing to discover natural ways to alleviate period pain and symptoms of the menopause.
Many of these symptoms can also be helped by adopting the practices in "Breath & More" and "Rethinking Responses". Recording duration: Approximately 30 minutes "Introduction to Ayurveda" must have been purchased previously to buy at the lower price.
