Clarity, Calm & Focus
To promote a calmer frame of mind, you will be guided through a combination of strategies: positive affirmations, breath regulation and mindful activities. These activities can help you stop feeling anxious, deal with anger issues or cope with stress.
These practices are also known as pranayama breathing of which there are several techniques according to your needs at a given time. My Walk, Talk, Breathe programme is part of this. See Walk and Talk therapy. |
